Audrey Whetsell serves as the Chief Executive O6icer of Resource Partners, LLC, where
she plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and coordinating the company’s health
tech consulting operations. As a managing partner, Audrey led her team’s strategic
response to the National Opioid Crisis, designing and implementing a multi-agency
Strategic Targeted Response in Washington, D.C., funded by SAMHSA. This project involved
evaluating and disseminating information on evidence-based practices, including
culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
As a Certified NCQA Content Expert, Audrey provides consulting and support services to
primary and specialty health system providers and health technology vendors. She
continues to work with state Health Information Exchange Projects as a subject matter
expert for ACOs, MCOs, and MSOs. Currently, Audrey is leading a team on two CMS
(Centers for Medicare and Medicaid) Projects in the District of Columbia: AmeriHealth
Caring Communities and the Medicare Value in Treatment Demonstration Programs.
Additionally, she is playing a senior consulting role in two state initiatives (North Carolina
and New Jersey) focused on designing and deploying health and social safety nets for
employee populations.
Audrey champions healthcare consumers as the Founder and CEO of The Medi Inc., a
501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, as well as The Partners in Care Network, a nonprofit based
in Washington, D.C. She also serves on the Board of the Medical University of South
Carolina Foundation and First Steps of Charleston County. Audrey holds both a Master’s
and a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of South Carolina. She enjoys
traveling with family and friends and is the proud mother of two adult children, Scott
(Maha) and Rebecca (Joshua).
