Scott Kremeier is a Managing Director in the Piper Sandler Healthcare Investment Banking group. He has advised on a wide range of assignments spanning both sell-side and buy-side roles, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other strategic advisory assignments. His healthcare services experience covers multiple behavioral health subsectors, including autism, I/DD, mental health (inpatient and outpatient), and substance abuse and addiction as well as post-acute services, including the skilled nursing, senior housing, rehabilitation therapy and pharmacy subsectors. Over the course of his career, Scott has advised on over $10 billion in transactions.
Scott’s recent notable transactions include Vertava Health of Mississippi, Oceans Healthcare, Community Medical Services, Autism in Motion (AIM) Clinics, Windsor Healthcare, HCR ManorCare and Golden Living.
Before joining Piper Sandler, Scott was at Houlihan Lokey Capital and JMP Securities LLC. Prior to his career in finance, he served as a Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) in the U.S. Navy. Scott received his B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and his MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
