Eli Rubin is Co-Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Proud Moments ABA, the leading provider of ABA therapy services in the northeastern United States. In 2014 when the insurance industry mandated that Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy be covered by commercial insurance in New York State, he and his wife saw a unique opportunity to found an organization to provide gold standard clinical care to children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Since founding Proud Moments that year, under his leadership Proud Moments has grown to have a presence across multiple states nationwide, with revenues over $150MM.

Prior to founding Proud Moments, Eli began his career in healthcare management as Chief Operating Officer at Devington Technologies, a company that provides Revenue Cycle Management services to medical practices across the healthcare industry. In only two years at Devington, he led the company’s adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology, and more than doubled the firm’s revenue.

Eli is a dedicated philanthropist in the New York area and abroad, with a special focus on educational and social service programs. He is currently on the Executive Board of Agudath Israel of America, a national community advocacy organization. He is also an active member of the New York chapter of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), a global community of outstanding Chief Executives. He holds a Masters’ degree in Talmudic law from The Rabbinical College of America.
