Dr. Kate Daly is a progressive leader in behavioral health who believes pairing clinical excellence with a humanistic approach is essential for achieving measurable outcomes. In her role as Medical Director of Interventional Psychiatry at Plus by APN, she leads a nationwide, multi-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions that propel clients toward long-term recovery.
Dr. Daly earned her B.S. from the University of Maryland, where she was awarded Undergraduate Researcher of the Year in 2005 and graduated summa cum laude. She completed her master's degree at the University of Cambridge in 2006 and obtained her MD from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2010.

She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Washington, where she served as a chief resident in 2014, and is boarded with the ABPN (2014-present).

Dr. Daly has extensive experience in both outpatient and residential treatment settings, and previously served as the medical director for residential treatment services at All Points North Lodge. Her work is guided by her beliefs that every person has the capacity to change and that all people deserve the best care available.
