Bede Broome is a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee. Bede leads value enhancement planning and execution activities across AHP’s portfolio companies. Prior to AHP, Bede was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he founded and led the healthcare transformation service line for providers and payors, which included complex M&A integrations, restructurings, and operational & clinical performance improvement engagements for a wide range of healthcare clients.

Dr. Broome received a B.A. in Chemistry from Princeton University, a M.D. from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the California Institute of Technology.
