Chris Dooney is the Senior Director of Corporate Development for Universal Health Services, Inc. In his current position, Mr. Dooney is focused on de novo strategy, joint ventures, and acquisitions across UHS’ Acute, Behavioral Health, and Ambulatory divisions Mr. Dooney supports all corporate development activities to include evaluating assets for acquisition, new market entry through de novo development, and serves as a strategic thought partner at the corporate, divisional and market levels of the organization.

Prior to joining UHS, Mr. Dooney served as the Vice President of Finance for CenterPointe Behavioral Health System, a regional provider of behavioral health inpatient and outpatient services. With over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Strategy, he has also held roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, KPMG, and LifePoint Health.

Mr. Dooney holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BBA from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed CPA and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
