Dr. Deja Gilbert entered the healthcare field in 2004 working as a clinician directly with families. She is now the CEO and Board Member, for Harmony Health Group, LLC, leading a team of 300+ professionals dedicated to the expansion and access of quality care for behavioral health needs.

Dr. Gilbert obtained her PhD from Capella University and holds her clinical licenses in multiple states. She is a long-standing member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, which is dedicated to working collectively among a community of leaders to improve healthcare goals and outcomes.

As an executive in the healthcare industry, utilizing the clinical insight that she had developed as her foundation, she has gone on to successfully build portfolios, lead turn-around efforts, and open, develop, and manage behavioral healthcare facilities.

Dr. Gilbert’s core vision includes enhancing leadership and programming, overseeing transactional, operational and strategic growth efforts, and working to deliver best in class treatment services through a culture of positive attitude, ethics, and values.
