Jerry is the Operating Partner at Thrive Healthcare. He is a psychiatrist by education and training, and is a highly-regarded and well-known healthcare executive.

Jerry has served in CEO and C-Suite positions at companies in the managed care sector (CEO of United Behavioral Health, where he led the integration of UBH with PacifiCare Behavioral Health, creating the nation’s largest Managed BH Organization; and APS Healthcare), provider organizations (CEO at Prospect Integrated BH, building a 750-bed BH program with multiple lines of business at 14 sites in five states; President at APN Lodge, a luxury BH treatment program with locations in Colorado and California) and academia (Director of Community Mental Health at UCLA, Director Community Psychiatry at the University of Hawaii).

Jerry sits on a number of Boards, including Harmony Recovery Group, Valera Healthcare, and APN Lodge.
