Since the 1980s, Stoesz has been a powerhouse in the behavioral health industry in Pennsylvania. After receiving his MS in Leadership from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Stoesz has acted as either director, program director, executive, CEO, or executive vice president of virtually all of the large human services facilities he has worked with.

In his extensive work with substance abuse facilities, Stoesz’s clients have ranged from children and adolescents to adults and families. His early work in program development and his training as a professional intervention specialist show his deep understanding of the way behavioral health systems operate and an empathy for and connection with the people his companies serve.

Stoesz’s track record of successful business development and market share capture in highly competitive segments of challenging industries make him an accomplished leader in the field. Stoesz has extensive experience organizing programs for regulatory/accreditation compliance reviews and performance improvement/repair. He regularly exceeds budgeted earnings and knows all facets of acquisition and development, from due diligence, licensing, and accreditation to compliance, budget development, and marketing.
In his role of Chief Executive Officer for Aspen BHC - Brian will be responsible for identifying and the integration of new acquisitions & Denovos into the Aspen BHC portfolio.
