Neicole Knott serves the NewVista Healthcare organization as their Vice President of Operations since December of 2021. She holds a LISW-S and has served in various roles of leadership during her tenure in the behavioral health field, ranging from direct care work in private practice and community behavioral health settings, program development and manager, Director of Clinical Services for acute care and outpatient service lines, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. During this time, she led 400+ staff, two facility expansions, the opening free standing outpatient clinics, expansion of different clinical service lines to a variety of in-need populations, and a partnership with a larger health system to integrate behavioral health work into their services at the acute medical and primary care levels. Neicole graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master's in Social Work. Neicole has been married to her husband, Matt, for 17 years and they have two children, Matthew (15) and Addie (11).
