Mark is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience as an executive, wall street analyst, and consultant. Most recently, Mark was the CEO of Nystrom & Associates, a private equity backed behavioral health provider in the Upper Midwest. Mark led Nystrom through its transition from a founder owned and managed business to a private equity backed regional platform serving nearly 100,000 unique patients and almost one million annual visits, scaling the organization from 16 locations in Minnesota to over 50 locations in four states in under 3 years. Previously, Mark spent nine years at Rayus Radiology (formerly CDI), most recently as COO, where he was a major driver of the companies growth from 55 diagnostic imaging locations in 9 states to over 120 locations in 22 states when he departed in 2020. Prior to Rayus, Mark was a senior healthcare research analyst at Piper Jaffray for 6.5 years and a management consultant at Integrated Healthcare Strategies (now a part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.) for 4 years.
